Due to our low operations and underwriting turnover, our team is used to a fair, safe, and valued work environment and we sometimes need to be reminded what a wonderful environment we have to work in. This particular email touched me due to the technical nature of underwriting tends to make that profession isolated. Being a Commercial Underwriter in my past I understand its nature; however, we are social beings and working on site with people is a intangible benefit for all humans and helps us balance our lives. Hiring a talented teammate is a plus, hearing that teammate is happy and making us a part of their long term plan makes the years of hard smart work worth every hour.....
