Senior MLOs perspective on SEM Operations

This is an email from one of our Senior Licensed Mortgage Loan Originators to our operations team.  Although operations works tirelessly to deliver our great service, it warms my heart to read unsolicited appreciation for our operation team's great work and client focus.  Great Teams are formed through mutual respect of each person's contribution.
 
ALL:

I just wanted to let everyone know what a great job you all are doing getting these loans through the pipe.

I just closed my Client Name Omitted file on Monday the 26th,
But I wanted to share with you how smoothly this went. 

It was taken and submitted to processing late on the 15th.
Then submitted to Underwriting on the 16th (Fri),
Conditionally approved by the 19th. Appraisal was received on the 21st

 There was a 4 Day Thanksgiving Holiday for the company and then when we came back,
All conditions were cleared on Monday the 26th and we got a closing pkg out the same day.
… and this wasn’t even a rush! It just happened that way.

By my count, that is 5 “business” (that we were open) days. Very Nice job! 

So a big “Thank You” to All that were involved that helped make this happen,
Especially, Sybil, Kimberly and Donna. I am impressed and the borrower’s were as well.
